Construction Design & Management Documents

The Construction Design & Management Regulations 2007 ( CDM) are in place to define the roles of various parties within the scope of a construction project. The regulations have been put in place with the sole purpose of ensuring the safety of all parties during the course of the construction project and defining the responsibilities of each party with regard to health, safety and welfare.

In order to comply with the CDM Regulations various forms and document are required to be completed. i.e. Principle Contractor – Construction Phase Plan, etc.

These document can be quite detailed and create a strain on resources to complete, Peterborough safety consultants have created several template documents which may be utilised to comply with the regulations.
